We all have gallstones. It's a matter of big or small, many or few. One of the symptoms of gallstone is a feeling of bloatedness after a heavy meal. You feel like you can't digest the food. If it gets more serious, you feel pain in the liver area.

So if you think you have gallstone, Chiu-Nan offers the following method to remove them naturally. The treatment is also good for those with a weak liver, because the liver and gallbladder are closely linked.

INSTRUCTION

1. For the first five days, take four glasses of apple juice everyday. Or eat four or five green apples, whichever you prefer.
Apple juice softens the gallstones. During the five days. (eat normally).

2. On the sixth day, [Saturday] take no medicines, vitamins or pills that you can do without. do not eat or drink after 2 o'clock [PM], take no dinner.
At 6 p.m. take one tablespoon of Epsom Salt ( magnesium sulfate ) about 10 grams dissolve in 3/4 cup of warm water, you may add 1/8 tsp. Vitamin C powder - to improve the taste and drink it.
At 8 p.m. repeat the same. (Magnesium Sulfate opens the gall bladder ducts.) don't be more than 10 minutes early or late.

3. At 10 p.m., take 3/4 cup extra virgin olive (or sesame) oil with 1/2 cup fresh grapefruit juice, about 1 pc grapefruit mix with 1/4 cup of lemon juice, about 1 pc of lemon Mix it well (osterize to blend well) and drink it.
The oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage. drink with 4 L-Ornithine capsules to make sure you will sleep through the night.

4. Lie down immediately on your right side for 20 minutes with your right knee as close to your chest as possible. you may fell a train of stones traveling along the bile ducts like marbles, go to sleep!

Expect diarrhea in the next morning about 8 times, you must stay in your room near the toilet, you can use water to clean, not toilet paper, you will find green stones in your stools.
